Student Life.

Balimo College is more than an educational institution, it’s a community.

At the Balimo College, we aim to support all facets of student life that encourage positive and productive learning environments and strong student outcomes. The Balimo College hosts a range of student services and opportunities including:

  • Boarding facilities for full-time, boarding students, prioritised for those students who travel from far distances within the Province, full catering, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  • Get involved in the Student Representative Council. Student representatives are sought for the College's Governing Council & Academic Board, responsible for the strategy and overseeing the governance of Balimo College.

  • Become an active member of college life and contribute to the greater Balimo community. Activities include sports, community activities & women's groups.

SDP Scholarships may be available for students who meet criteria and need support for tuition fees. Requirements include: must come from Western Province and is committed to a career in teaching or health work in Western Province.

Students are expected to adhere to the Balimo College Code of Conduct at all times. Student policies include: Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse & Harassment; Child Protection; No Drugs, Alcohol & Buai.
